VPN to change IP address when working with multiple accounts...

I have about 50-60 youtube accounts that we will need to upload videos to and optimize. I will need a vpn provider/service that provides a solid list of ips and allows me to quickly change ips with good speed.
Money is not an issue for a solid yet simple service/work around.
any advice?

You might want to get private proxies as with VPN there's always a chance someone else using the same IPs and getting banned easily
