Hello,
I am looking for vpn that can work on 443 tcp port .
Can you suggest anything ?

I can offer you a proxy that can work on that port, do you need only VPN ?

Hmmm,
VPN will allow me to use all of blocked ports, so I would be able to use normal proxies, download torrents etc, proxy will be only helpful with bots .
Am I right ?

You're not, you could use a proxy like a VPN if you want too. Get a program like proxifier or proxycap and it's just the same as a VPN. I don't understand why you are saying that a VPN will allow you to use all of the blocked ports and a proxy no, because a proxy can allow you to unblock any ports you want too.

All VPN provider's should allow that port by default (probably SSL port is possibly disabled by free VPN providers). Another option is a private proxy but I don't know do any sell just one proxy.

If you need only one you could get one free: http://yourprivateproxy.com/your-private-proxy-free-proxy-account-signup
