Don't use free VPNs:
Free VPNs are bad in general. Especially if you are trying to complete something for IM.
A VPN is a static IP address. Also it is a U.S. IP, so that means if you are overseas you have your ticket to "being from the U.S.". Great for CPA if you are in another country.
I used to be a fan of proxies until I learned about the VPN.
Would any of you be interested in a VPN service for BHW?
