I have seen a Youtube video explaining how to use a PureVPN server (with 80.000 IPs) to click in ads. The video is from Feb. 2015. Could it bu used safely today? I have accounts in some Ad Networks, but I have not an Adsense account. I hate Google.

Not at all without the proper distributions of clicks through various networks. Further it constitutes fraud, and would eventually easily be tripped leading to account bans, lack of inventory, and possible criminal and civil penalties. When you see something like this it is often advisable to find the monetization angle implemented by the video creator, i.e. he or she was absolutely trying to sell you something.

It might not be readily obvious or apparent. It can be just a simple opt-in form to get you squeezed in. It could be proxies, accounts, the SERVER provider, hosting, etc....

Do yourself a big favor, and forget you ever saw anything that involved click-fraud in any way. Some people have a rude awakening coming very soon with civil penalties about to rack up into the several hundred million dollar range. Some big players are going to jail soon. Stay away from these types of models that were somewhat effective MANY years ago.

Of course ... some people do still play this game, so if you're comfortable with your risks, then you could always give it a shot with one of your less valued networks and see how you feel about the results.

I suppouse your foot is not an attempt of ad to catch some customers. And, I suppouse, buying the 2 companies you are advertising is not a bad practice. You are only buying people, real or not, to do an action. Do you have read the Google rules?

No, it's not safe IMO. I did this few months ago and my network ban me.
