Why don't you tell us the real problem. Based on your OP we have no clue as to what got your accounts disabled. Were your accounts destined to get banned regardless of the vpn you were using? or were your videos in the youtube watchlist as many movie niches are that will get your accounts banned in a few hours to a couple of days? or is your vpn already blacklisted by youtube.
Most people will tell you get private proxies, shared proxies, good accounts etc. Those are very vague responses you are going to get, because if people were all of the sudden saying specifics of what account provider/how to create accounts efficiently and who has the best proxies then it would be as if the posters were shooting themselves on the foot.
You have to try different accounts providers, different proxies, vpn and even different mass uploaders before you can get comfortable and get an idea of what works or not.
Personally I wouuld just buy another batch of accts from someone else and try with your vpn provider before switching, then rinse and repeat vice versa with everything else
