VPN,private proxies?im confused..please i need help

hye to all respectable members,

i have a few question regarding proxy and vpn..
make the long story short,
i want to use scarepe box,sb bomber,wiki bomber and amr..
im going to buy all the software..and i have read that i should use a private proxy or a vpn..
i dont understand at all..
for example,let say im using a sb bomber,in the proxy box,can use the proxies provided by the members here?
and how to use a vpn?can u guy suggest me a good cheap vpn and private proxies ...
