VPN or VPS? Help needed

I am dumb enough not to learn even the basics being a member of this awesome community. I am making a few pennies with survey sites in a 3rd world country. I want to how I can work on the sites using an un rotating USA IP..... Which is the best VPN or VPS for Mobile and windows PC? I need suggestions for both paid and free software.

NOTE: I am making money with another method I learned here... Thanks to the mentors.

They have absolutely nothing in common

VPS: Virtual Private Server (Something like your own server but shared in a shared machine, think in this like your computer but in other place)
VPN: Virtual Private Network (Think on this like a proxy but better)
 
VPS if you want static IP, connect it from RDP or TeamViewer. You may also get static IP from VPN but most of VPN are using shared IP
 
Do you ever get paid? As far as I know, these sites are good at detecting such things.
 
Best is to find more paying legit sites that create multiple accs on one / a few and get banned.

Still if you want to scale with one only, buy a cheap/used android from ebay or somewhere else and use that instead :)

Anyhow a good rotating residential IP will cost you $10+ a month and that still can be detected, so best to stay away from them
 
Other countries won't allow you to take surveys even if u use vps. As u need to provide personal proof to withdraw.
 
Spoofing IP on these sites could be a bad idea. Ever got paid from such sites before?
