Vpn or Vps for new Adsense acct?

So I'm starting over with a new Adsense account because I got banned before. I have a MacBook and need to know should I get a vpn or Vps? Anyone has any experience with get another Adsense and also have a MacBook? I ask because I know Google can see your MacBook address. Between Vps or Vpn...which will allow me to log on without google seeing my MacBook address and giving me another IP address?

My plan is to run one site with one Adsense account and then scale up with more Adsense accounts, 1 Adsense per site per Vpn or Vps (so each each time I login it's just one Ip).

please help with verification

If you wan't my opinion is better to use adsense via VPS. One of the main reasons is that there is big chance to forget to turn on your VPN and one single login from your banned account IP will surely lead to ban you again. Loging only from VPS is more "secure" as there is no chance to forget or bug it :).

This is what I'm doing with my second Adsense account + When I'm bored I click on my main account ads :D
 
I would also opt for a VPS as well. For the exact same reason stated above but also because the user agent would be different which might be a data taken into consideration at least for manual reviews.

What is the Cost of VPN and which one has the best service
 
I am also using VPS for sendcond,third and ... adsense account (each VPS per account). It's so secure and don't change any logging in information (IP address, broswers, OS, ...)
 
I thought VPS meant Virtual Private Server, but I guess this is something else?
 
I prefer use adsense account with vps. It can work anytime even you're not online.
