VPN or Sqid proxy

Hi can facebok detect if i'm using squid proxy or is it better to use VPN like openvpn?
I run my accounts on W10 VPS with different users.

facebook won't care even if will know that you are using proxies. But it will ban you if your facebook account will abuse

I agree. Your proxy doesn't really matter, as long as you don't overuse any of them and that you don't get detected.

I use VPN constantly and this is one of the reasons why i get 1 ban every month from facebook.
Every time i disconnect my VPN is for the ad payments i need to make, so VPN cannot be connected, and they close me down once in every month. Always get my account back within next few days.
