You could use WireGuard, just put a private server and use vpn for $2-3 a month, with excellent speed

Most of all I need privacy and ready to pay for it, but also need USA servers and different states

As far as recommendations go, it really depends on what you're using it for. Planning to manage multiple different accounts on say Facebook, then you'll want to use mobile proxies on top of your Anti detection browser.
