Vpn or proxies?

Hey guys, I managed to create 18 youtube accounts with the goal of manually "thumbs upping" my comments on various youtube channels (If anyone knows of a bot etc. that does this and is willing to share I would be very grateful). I believe i read that i'll need to use different ip addresses for each account so that the ratings will stick, do i use a vpn or proxies for this, and will public ones suffice or do i need to go paid private?

Important Edit: I created these 18 accounts back at college using two phone numbers, and probably the same ip address (I'm not sure if everyone on my college network has the same ip address, or how this works). Did I need to create each account from a different IP address, or do I just need to be "liking" the comments using different ip addresses. One of the accounts has a youtube channel that I don't want any risk of being banned.

I set up proxies on my own VPSs and it works awesome.

What you're looking for is private proxies with different subnets, which haven't been abused by other people.

yeah, you would need to use 1 ip per YT account... Easiest way for accomplishing that is purchasing private dedicated proxies. There are some great providers in the "Proxies for Sale" section in here

At a VPN you might not be able to connect each time to the IP you want, plus VPNs are used by hell lots of people and there is high chance the IPs are used for YT by others as well

So, with VPNs, if 1 person on a provided IP did something against the TOS, and then you happen to get set up with the same IP as this person, can you also get banned/pay the consequence of the person who used the same IP?

Try and find a vpn which not many people use

yeah, as other said, good quality private (non-shared) proxies
