i think it is very useful in posting ads in cl.. to change your ip ad to the location on where you post your ads..

hotspot shield is good too.. I use that also to gain free access to internet here in the philippines.. it has only 3 server i think..

was handful 1-2 years ago ! now every single ip is blacklisted and can be found in www.dnsbl.info
