VPN Help

I would like to set up a VPN but know very little. I was hoping for some guidance.

1. I'm fine paying for the monthly service or yearly fee. To be honest I'd like one of the best with price not being an issue. Can someone please recommend a good one.

2. Also what are the Pro's and Con's of using this.

3. Is it difficult to use? I usually have multiple windows open.

My intentions are obvious, to hide from the Big G...
