I am searching for a VPN to make youtube accounts with it.
Does anyone recommend me a VPN to use?

hide my ass. though if you can afford it use proxies for account creation. lesser headache

Any well-known VPS such as mentioned above will put yourself under the risk of loosing accounts pretty quick. Just saying

I would recommend some good proxies for that but if you want a good VPN, I suggest 'Private internet Access'

The free alternative is using Tor Browser, but then that makes your accounts disposable.

If you're planning on using these accounts for YouTube Commenting and Upvoting then Tor will work nicely as you only need to use the accounts once, so you can create unlimited YT accounts for Commenting.

But if you plan on creating YouTube accounts for uploading videos then buy proxies like RW suggested.

You must use fresh proxies to create accounts. Then you can use HMA for commenting or voting.
