Use a VPS
the server is hosted on offshore hosting shared with underhost, the domain is also registered offshore. But besides that I need a vpn.

I use Surfshark, it works great for me, and according to their site does not keep any logs of your data.

Regardless, it's not one of my criteria when choosing a VPN provider, obviously, OP has to do his or her own research when choosing what to believe. I've used them for years and never had a problem with them.

They keep your logs on their end so of course you never had a problem. Because something is going on without you knowing it.
