VPN Detection For New Offer

Heya,

me and my web developer are planning a new CPA offer. As far as I can see, most CPA offers filter VPN traffic and other sources they deem to be unreliable or likely to be fraudulent.

Is this necessary, and what kind of services are available to do that?

I am not sure if this will help, but when I enable my VPN and go to https://browserleaks.com/ip it says that I am using OpenVPN which is a protocol? (not sure)

When I disable the VPN its says "Ethernet or modem".

So there has to be either a JS library or a 3rd party service that can get this information from the browser.
