I would go with private USA proxies, as CPA networks know most of the popular VPN's IP networks and soon will come the ban hammer..
anyways, it is not ethical to complete surveys by your own, sooner or later you will be caught and won't be paid.. better use this forum to learn SEO and marketing and make your money honestly

I would suggest to use best vpn service at affordable cost so you can get secure connection you can see bestvpnservice website for vpn providers..

I need private proxy so Dedicated Proxy. They are 10 proxy every day or 10 proxy for 20dollar for month. And I need the various country from where I can select. Because I have different surveys,, they are not all from USA.
I have also installation software which pay me for this. The proxies work with that too ?

usually private proxies provider have a month contract of IPs not provide everyday.
And Reputed providers mostly Provide ips from USA and European countries so you can look and ask the providers what works best for you
And for Installtion of software proxy will not play much vital role cause i think they will detect the lead by install Per machine instead of from what IP it was downloaded it's my 2cent.

2. For installation they accept only usa members. So I need the connection from usa and install on my computer and when the installation is done it send signal throw the internet that this ip user with this machine installed the program. Right ?

use vpn like astrill or go to BST thread there are good proxy seller
although I will recommend you learn other making money method here for better earning..
filling your own survey just not right. it's ripping company's money mate. they dont get anything in return.

And no need you to be from USA you can just add in your browser and use no installation needed too
