is there any vpn that allow us to choose same IP from their pool to use?

ip changes from pool every time you connect disconnect

Most don’t give static IPs unless you're on a business or dedicated plan. For rotating pools with sticky sessions, look into residential proxy providers instead — Smartproxy, Soax, Netnut, that type.

Rotating residential proxies will change every time. If you want to use the same IP, you should use a static residential proxy. Y

No, you are probably wanting Static ISP proxies instead. VPN IP's are usually spammed to death also

Yes, but standard VPNs usually don’t offer that level of control. Most of them rotate shared dynamic IPs, so you can't really pick and stick to one specific IP. What you actually need is a proxy setup, especially dedicated or sticky proxies. Some providers (particularly mobile ones) let you keep the same IP for hours or even longer sessions, which is much more stable and useful if you need consistency for sensitive platforms or account management.

There’s providers out there that allow you to purchase a dedicated IP, so you’re the only one using that particular one - it helps with circumventing the annoying captchas regular VPNs have.

You could also look into using proxies instead, that’ll allow you to set up an IP more precisely as well.

Basically, VPN never will give you always same IP. You can use socks IP or vps. VPS and socks ip will give you always same ip

Yes, but Proxy Cake is right that VPN IPs are spammed to death. You can download a tunnel from a free VPN like ProtonVPN and upload it to WireGuard, you'll connect to the same IP every time.

What are you trying to do?

VPN never had such feature....If you let us know the purpose somebody out there would be able to suggest the best
