VPN and IP's ?

Hello I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction here.

I am looking to obtain a vpn with at least 30 ips from my city, do I have to order these Ip's from a isp?

Or can I set up some sort of vpn? Can anyone help me figure out what I can do to obtain 30 ips for a local area.

I highly doubt you are going to find a vpn with 30 ips from your exact city.

Do you live in a big city, like a capital city? Maybe you can use multiple vpns to accomplish that.

Probably a bit easier with proxies.

You could setup a VPS hosted in your city, then host your own Proxies or VPN on that VPS, order more IPs from VPS that way.

Best services out there are not going to offer 30 different connections from a local city and no ISP is going to allow you to have
multiple ip addresses. Only thing you could do is find a local VPS and order more than one package.
