Title basicly says it all...
Are there still vouchers available, do you maybe even get one just for signing up?
Is direct linking to clickbank products still allowed?

direct linking is not allowed, not for Bing nor Adwords, hence you need to cloak. Regarding vouchers, some claim that Bing no longer gives voucher and may close your account for using them.

if you mean voucher for PPC network like adwords,bing ads or FB ads,adwords and FB ads's vouchers are available
direct affiliate link is not allowed in adwords,bing ads or FB ads,you need to set your landing page if you want to make ad there

I just know that direct linking is not allowed,

but not for bing, adwords.
