What if we had some way to vote for a thread to be closed, instead of people having to ask mods to close a thread. It would be an easier way to automatically alert the mods to a shite thread. Or a way to alert mods to people making horrible posts, i.e. "thanks, me thinking method be good". It just seems that there is so much garbage in threads these days, and it takes so long to wade through the fluff. And yes, I realize I have a very low post count, and who am I to complain, but that is because I refuse to make low value posts.

TIA

Yeah, the report button works for some stuff, I guess I'm just thinking more along the lines of voting garbage off the site. Not for TOS violations, but more for just being shitty, noobish questions and replies. Kind of keep the content level higher so that when new people come to the site, they are impressed by it, not thinking its just another, same old internet marketing forum.

Is hard to deal with flagging on CL, would be a nightmare flagging on the BHW

This is a question for the mods to bring up.I don't think just anybody should have that kind of power unless given that task as a mod.
