Hi need your advice. I have built 2 websites for a client. One is flashy and pretty.. the other is functional and quick. I need your opinion from the prospective of a buyer, not just... that one there is pretty... Which would make YOU buy the services?

Website 1:
Code:
http://www.oluekolie.com/

Website 2:
Code:
http://www.buzzlab.co.uk

If you have any critisism for either of them (except the actual content which is not completed), I would love to hear it.

Thank you! :)

I think you did a great job on both of them. I prefer the olukolie site it looks like an expensive custom site. The other one is very good but looks like an off the shelf theme pretty quick.

Too much to scroll on the second one.

Salient theme for Buzzlab? ;)

I use salient myself so there would be a bit of a bias if I voted. I like the other theme also, but I'm not too keen on the two menus, I think you should use a drop-down menu in place of that.

What theme version are you using for buzzlab by the way?

Yeah oluekolie is a custom theme and buzzlab is not.

The theme is jarvis, but a lot of these themes are similar.

I feel that the first website is more functional, which would convert better, whereas the other website is much prettier.

The first one looks nice, but the site structure is quite messy. There is too much fighting for my attention.
The second one is a complete opposite. It guides my eyes pretty well. Although the loading time is really really bad.

However, both layouts are good for different type of sites. It's hard to compare them.

I like 1st one. its awesome (oluekolie.com)

I liked the second one, but maybe it took too long to load? But it sure looked nice! :)

Holy Fuck!!! Number 2 Looks damn Great bro. I like it a lot.

Website 1 - Website 2 was loading way too slow in comparison. Also, site 1 is 10mb, site 2 is 15mb - that's too much if you ask me. If you put them on cloudflare or any CDN, you'll get much of the images and content cached, which will decrease bandwidth and increase loading time.

i like the second one more i think the flat one page themes are pretty unique, might use this one for a client

Sorry about the load time, number 2 is on hostgator which is being a total BITCH right now! :/

Website #2 looks great! The loading time was really bad and I almost was convinced that the site was unavailable until the loading progress thing popped up.
