I like #3 too, but the G there is not very recognizable.
Anyway #4 is still the BEST

#3 is the best looking. Though I recommend not using red as a color, because red is not fitting as aqua, use blue or light blue instead.
#1 looks great but definitely not good for logos, but you could use it for other purposes.

4 Looks like a logo to me, and a fair good one, the others look like graphics.

But before you use it, make sure your get aquatic spelled correctly.

#4 because of simplicity, as logos should be.
The 5th one looks wicked but, doesn't fit aqua at all.
