3 is definitively more usable.

You can use it with the phrase on the right or below or just use the logo.

Personally on my business cards I have a similar logo and I use the image on the front and the phrase on the back is the card.

I think 3 is more stylish. The fonts of the 2 words match and that font gives it a modern look.
