Volume check for the KGR method

1 is KGR only work for affiliate niche?
2 when we enter the volume in the KGR sheet which tool volume should we consider? Semrush Ahref or someone tells me we should only note keywords everywhere you also know keyword everywhere has some limited country options
3 is the KGR method works with international targeting niche or niches like anime or informational

edited: is KGR work for the volume above 250 I have read a thread in BHW where someone mention the KGR keyword volume should be 250 or less but they don't mention from which tool should be the volume consider

But low volume = High keyword amount means if we target 1000 volume keyword it cocvers 4 250 volum keywords according to kgr 250 is last limit

KGR isn't related to search volume - it is related to the amount of pages competing for the keyword.
You can do this manually - no need to use tools.
