VOIP & SMS / Thorw Away Phone Numbers ??

Anyone know any service that allow you to receive text messages as well as set the line to forward.


I need to receive a text message to verify number ownership then i want to set it to froward to a different number.

what type of service are you trying to verify accounts on? It is not Craigslist is it?

Never used them and I don't know if they are what you need, but they seem like they could help.

I just tried texting my SkypeIn #, and have it set to forward to my cell. Someone in that thread said that when they texted their Skype # it took a few hours to make its way there, and when it did, the Skype software converts the text to speech (which seems really easy to do properly with only translating 4 numbers). If it works out with the text I sent, I'll post again.
