VOIP call recording system [NEEDED]

I am looking for a cheap sort of primitive software/program/website that provides VOIP and call recording/logging for business use. Something like RingCentral but after seeing the reviews for RingCentral I have decided it is not a reliable option for my business. Does anyone have experience with a better program that has similar function and price to RingCentral (ie. ~$40/month per number, toll free, call recording and logging)

I'm using tollfreeforwarding.com and skype, but as far as I know neither of those has recording capabilities like you describe. If nothing else, you could install a call recorder on your phone.

VirtualPBX offers the ability to record all calls.

Just find a hosted PBX provider with a POP in your country/area/city. Pretty much any hosted Asterisk service can do the basics as you've set out.
