Can anyone recommend any voice over software? I want to "disguise" my voice when creating a video for youtube.... I think people would rather hear a video narrated by a woman than my own voice. Thanks.
 
Not too sure, but anything short of removing your balls will be tough to emulate:eek:

Seriously though, you could experiment with speeding up your audio clip while syncing the video to match the new audio length. Try talking higher and softer during the recording, and then speed it up afterwards until you find the 'sweet spot' ... just stay below the 'alvin & the chipmunks' frequency though, that's just frikn annoying (if you're from USA you'll get my reference).

Just did a quick search, appears a program called 'av voice changer' can do it, they have couple editions.

Funny...

It is just that I have a heavy accent. So if I create YT video, it is highly likely that it won't get too many views coz of my accent.

try using a good text to speech program like neo speech.
 
you can try MorphVOX Voice Changer i used software from creative it came with my dell laptop before it worked but not soo professionally
