I heard aabout one software called Dragons naturally speaking (or something similar, google it). dunno if it still works but give it a try. One of my friend actually uses the free tts sites and produces the speech sentence by sentence and then attaches them using audacity. The quality is decent for free stuffs but the tone sucks. If you want something for free, try that out.

Dragon creates text from voice, not voice from text.

Why does this even affect the CPM? I though the CPM depend on keywords or niches..

You should try NaturalReader. You can download from torrents.And try to use different voices.Voices are also available on torrents
