Voice over copyright

Since I didn't knew in which topic this should belong I will post it here.

I had an idea to voice over some content from other websites and create a youtube video with this 'content'.
Google is a smart business, but in my opinion it's still not possible for them to see it's duplicated content. The question however is; Can the original website sue me for this? It's a long term project i'm planning so whitehat is the way to go. If yes, how many of this should be done different? A complete original text isn't possible anymore in some time since this is only limited on earth.
Or is it ok to mention the original website and still get ads on this youtube videos?

you are basically creating derivative content so yes, is illegal and you can get sued. Is like asking if you can get sued by selling audiobooks created from books that you dont own rights.
