Hi,
what you recommend the best voices for voice over movies.
I mean, I write my own text and then the voice plays it back.
I have a channel as an example.I would like to know what the program is.
It doesn't must be the same but I'd like to know how to search for them.

What you’re talking about is called Text to Speech. The most known for that are IBM Watson and Amazon Polly.

I don’t think that the video you’ve provided has an artificial voice though.

I guess you mean on TTS as @Priince1337 said but the video you posted is not Text To Speech, so I'm a little confused...
It's a real voice in that video.

So it’s his voice just modified by an app or some sort live recording program. Btw. Thanks for your quick and precise answer. I got what I wanted.

This is definitely not TTS software.

It’s not modified. He has a foreign accent that’s it.

Doing it manually would take quite some time.

Use the TTS sofrware listed above, but if are planning to monetize your channel with it , you could have issues

I've seen YT with these voices and they are monetized. So where is the trick?

There's no trick to it just create your videos in a way that it doesn't look like a mass auto-generated content or repetitious content, they apply for monetization.

Don't know, I didn't get or tried to get a channel monetized with TTS, the mention is just informative. If you want to be safe, you should go for a real voice over artist.
