Hi guys, I am looking for tools that can have a great voice cloning capabilities.
There are many services but I need something with unlimited minutes,

Don’t know if a free lifetime subscription with unlimited minutes exists for such services. I think you’d go faster by creating bulk accounts with x days trial of premium functionalities.
 
You can try invideo but is not free you need to pay to get access to the ai clone voice feature as most AI voice clone apps they are behind a pay wall.
 
I don't min paying - I just need a plan with unlimited minutes of cloned voice narration, for many long content pieces.

In my experience, I used the ElevenLabs service and it did the job well. I don't remember the cost, but it's not free.

Indeed, it's a great service, but there are limitations.
A good way to deal with it is just abusing their free trial system and get several accounts. Not unlimited minutes like OP wishes, but it's decent enough for such a high quality service.
 
You can use open-source tools like Bark or Coqui TTS if you need unlimited voice cloning on your computer. Commercial services like ElevenLabs and Resemble.ai charge per minute, so unlimited minutes are impossible.
