vmware limitation?

I'm using vmware workstation pro... and using it, I wanted to make more than 100 virtual pc..
But when I clone just 30 virtual machines, It can't make more..
Is there any limitation or any suggestion to make more machines?
Server spec is enough for 100 more virtual machines..

use paid version then you can. free ware not proving this service..
