VM or VPS for using blackhat tool

I'm totally amateur about VM or vps or cloud computing

I run cracked softwares directly from my PC. But it's time to choose a virtual alternative.
I don't have clear idea about differences of program like VMware & a VPS.
which should use for running all my creaked blackhat stuff.

some suggest to use any specific software in vmware & some need to use within xampp or wamp. I'm totally confused. If I using a VPS, do I still need to use the tool within xampp or wamp

What you need is a VPS. I recommend Hostamus, they offer really good VPS and great customer service at a decent price. I tried xsserver.eu and they were really slow.

There is vps that has all of the tools you need for 40 a month.

use freeware softs and check which one is sutable for ur work done and then go for premium if needed.
