Hello there.

I'm staring my vlog and wondering if you can suggest what is the best app to edit videos?
Hopefully, its user friendly =) I still have no budget and can't acquire another party to edit the video for me.
Besides, I'm hands on for now. Please let me know what are you using guys!

Try Filmora, that's what I'm using. They have free access to some but, features are limited since free. For better experience, you need to pay. Anyway, its still your choice.

I tried that and the filters are great. However, to access more you have to pay. Uhm, it may sound miserly but, is there another app that you can suggest where most features are free? =)
 
Shotcut is not only Free because it is Open Source and still maintained and developed but also super light weight so no problem using older PC, features are enough, it's stable. Give it a try
 
What about Camstasia?
