I searched, but couldn't find such a service offered. It's quite big in the Russian speaking world, bigger than Facebook actually.
I just need likes

Or at least someone to recommend a VK seller! There are some services being offered outside BHW, but I'm not sure how much I can trust them with my money.

But i dont know if they support PayPall, usually they work with webmoney or QiWi
