None. Use Gutenberg with blocks plugins, way better loading speed.

I used WP bakery in the past but due to the lack of improvements and complexity, I have switched to Elementor few years ago. I love it since then.

Out of those two options, Elementor is better

Both are visual composers with cons and pros. I like element as their codes are much cleaner and lightweight than VC. Both are good.But it would be even better if you used Gutenberg because it is super light! Aim to use fewer plugins whenever you can.
