Visual Web Spider: Good URL scraper

I'm looking for something more than a standard scraper that takes the url's from the search engines.

I want to be able to locate and scrape urls to certain pages.

It looks like Visual Web Spider ( http://www.newprosoft.com/web_spider.htm ) does that but i think the program is out of date and i wonder if it still works properly.

anybody recommend anything similar? I've been using Harward's Laser URL program but that doesn't dig deep enough.
