Visual Basic VB Pro needed

I have a VB program that allows me to upload a .txt document in the form of:


Then a link to a fanpage that the user will automatically like so I can load up the file with user accounts that will like the fanpage. What I need is for it to go ahead and be able to switch between a list of proxies every X amount of profiles that like a page. I can try to geo target the accounts and proxies my self to avoid photo verification.

I know this would be pretty easy for a VB pro, so if you can help out PM me and I will give you the program to change.

How / why is this a JV and not work for hire?

Well I am willing to pay some, but I put it in JV because i already have the first 1/2 of the programming made, looking for someone that wants the first 1/2 in return for the last 1/2 but you are right this is better suited for a BST because it is a trade I guess, been up for too long sorry.
