Hi everyone,

I have a client who is trying to use vista print to create both postcards and business cards. When they upload their logo image to create a postcard everything works fine. However, when they upload a smaller sized logo image to create the business card they keep getting a message saying the quality / resolution of the image is not good enough to use. I have tried to manipulate the image in GIMP but am still getting the same message from vista print. Any suggestions?

thanks in advance!!!

My biggest and probably most helpful piece of advice is this: Don't fucking use Vista Prints.

Check out Uprinting.com or Primocards.com. They cost-effective and high quality. If you use Vista Prints, you might as well just go to Walmart and buy their DIY business cards.

Couldn't agree more with GoForJacob. I have used VistaPrint because they were cheap, but I got cheap looking business cards in return... which ended up not being used :(

Pay a couple bucks more and go with either upringting.com or moo.com (the best imo).

I DO love Moo.com. They just don't have many options.

Make sure the logo is 300dpi.

Web resolution is only 72dpi

I also don't like Vistaprint :-)

Thanks everyone!!!

I will look into the other options you have suggested.
