I need hundreds of visitors at my Amazon page to they stay here a few seconds, up to minute, click some buttons.
I saw such services (Youtube views with retention), does it exist for any choosen website?..

You don't need them to purchase anything? How are you monetizing?

Its about boosting ranking among millions same looking products.
The system (actually not Amazon) counted traffic, good description and user behaviour on product page.

Ah yes I see what you mean.

While this won't exist with cheap traffic (pop unders, redirects etc) there many be a service. If I find one I'll send you a PM or reply here
