I found one of my sites in serps with visiondirect.co.uk content on it.

file is inserted to /wp-content/uploads/2018/01/aura-monthly-uv and is showing up in serps under my domain with VisonDirect content. Anyone from england? What site is that and how is that possible

Do you have any content scraping plugins?

Check your site for malware.

Do you use a security plugin? Run a scan.
 
Site is brand new and i dont have any scrapers. Backupbuddy to move from test to live but thats it.

Yo, I don't know what you're talking about but that site is 110% legit.
I literally order my contacts from them every few months.
