VirWox?

I probably got scammed at VirWox, I deposited 15 euros[paysafe] and I wanted to withdraw them to paypal. And it says that it needs a manual check, they checked it for 3 times and they canceled it. Here is a picture Also sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, just asking. What I should do now? How I can transfer my money to paypal?
