Hi guys, I have a strange situation here and i'm a little bit confused..
Somebody on this forum pmed me for the FriendAdderElite patch and there is also a request for it so I thought to post it here for everybody but first I thought i make a scan with virustotal and the result was 21/42. The arhive has 3 files installer+patch+ putterplace.nfo .
When I installed this in my computer long time ago my antiv didn't alert me of anything. Now I got scared and I have scanned my comp with kaspersky, spybot, avira, panda, bitdefender and a few more and the trojans were found all in the patch file which was in the root folder.
After I deleted the patch file from there I have made another scan with some of these antiv programs and everything seems to be ok.
    Now my question is ...
Should I worry and start formating my drives and reinstall windows or it is possible that all those results to be false ?
What do you guys think ?

    Later Edit:
For the last 3 hours i have scanned my pc with Malwarebytes, superantispyware, TrojanRemovalTool,Ad-Aware, SpyBot S&D and some free versions of antivirus programs that VirusTotal uses and none of them gave me positive results other than some cookies.
I guess the problem was with the patch file which is not in my pc anymore.

Thanks for your support ericsson and jaybird.

    Virus, yes.

Remove the program. And scan your whole harddrive once more with a good decent antivirus program.

I suggest you also run a Spybot search .. and adaware run.
