@Johny: Being an IM'er doesn't mean we can't master / know shit about PC's problems. I was a programmer and an administrator with MCSE & CCNA. Removing these rootkits is just kid-play and I less likely lose any malware's / virus' / rootkit's or whatever you call.

People are saying: Shame to the Admin who got the virus (weak password) blabla...
but the problem is here is more than that. We we register with a VPS, the password is a default & weak one. Only when we have logged in into the VPS, only then are we able to change the password, or the VPS admin does...so it's already too late by then.
I was looking for a way to clean install my VPS, should I just contact the service and ask them if they could do that?

weak passwords are a real bad idea, people use bots/drones like your VPS that they have brute forced to scan for other weak passwords host and upload files to.
Also, people using wampp, change the default password!
DO NOT leave the default pass as "xampp"
Do do so simple open cmd and copy paste
(the above is for the default install location, make sure its the same)
When the window opens simple add new password.

I have just formated & reinstalled my HDD, and used this Version of OS:

windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, it does not seem a clean edition of Win7 but, I don't know,... what do you guys think? I think it's good;
I have also contacted my VPS and asked them to reinstall my VPS, but I want to keep the torrents alive and make a backup or something, but if I connect to my VPS, I might get an infection... any recommends?

Or another possibility, you got iPhone? Get rdp app then FTP you torrents somewhere? Or go to Internet cafe and give them the virus
Also, your not making things easy if your downloading your windows images - it's another point where you could be bringing a virus in...

btw, I would like to buy a Seedbox this month probably, and seed files from there mainly, how is the protection of a Seedbox, against viruses
