I am looking for a kind of card for online shopping without using my own card. I checked and I think virtual gift card is a good option, however it still need an credit card to purchase. Can I use a Vcc too? Does it have balance and how can I reload it? Could someone point a right direction to me, i really appreciate that.

Just need a vcc with balance, it will be perfect if names and addresses can be added to vcc, I can pay with PayPal.
