Does anyone know how to make loads virgin virtual phone numbers to verify instagram accounts . Cheers

You need two things i.e. Jarvee and ISP Mobile Proxies. Besides, as you mentioned, you will be needing virtual phone numbers as well for verification purposes. You might want to post in the "Want to buy" section and someone would ping you up. Alternatively, you can also search in the marketplace as many virtual phone number providers have listed their services there.

I tried that here in Aus, but they require you to register all your details with a phone company to get a phone number........ unless im missing something?

Is it possible to just get a random throw away sim/mobile number to use, without going through all the registering bullshit?
 
There are some websites that offer this service. Some are free and other are payment. For my experience the free services don't work. You must try to use the paid services.
