Does anyone know how risky this is? I want to use a relatively expensive virtual office with receptionist, basically an executive suite without the actual suite. I've read that using a virtual office and most of them are banned from Google but the building itself has executive suites with lawyers/accountants etc so how will they know? Wondering if anyone has done this? I also will be getting a unique address and if they call I have a receptionist so?

Actually I haven't tried and was wondering if any of you guys have. I've just been doing reading and a lot of people are saying they wont work and don't see why they wouldn't work considering the same address has lawyers and accountants using them for executive suites.

We do this all the time with our clients..
You need to make sure that you research your address with suite # online. If you find anything about your address, you claim those listings, and make sure that everything pertaining to it is your current info.
This will help you build the proper citations for your place.
Just make sure that all your info is consistent online, and you should be good.

I had a virtual office. In my country, people are stupid, so they consider all businesses with virtual offices to do something at least shady... However, Google is not stupid and you are good to go with it for any purpose, including Adsense account.

This is exactly right, there was likely a prior resident in your suite, so you may have some additional cleaning when it comes to your NAP consistency.
Search the address in google, then search for businesses on the same screen. Are any displaying? Can you replicate this by finding a local search keyword? Are any businesses at this address still showing?
If everything works above, you will be fine.
