Virtual Numbers for adding to PayPal

Hello, I create 10 PayPal accounts per day and want Virtual numbers to add to PayPal accounts for sms verification.
I tried google voice numbers but not working at the time of checkout to verify Identity.
Any suggestions for a good Virtual Numbers provider for PayPal?

Its not need to add Visa card or simaler cards in Paypal?

Google voice should work on US Gaypal as i've used them before (not long ago actually).

Otherwise you can check app:

Vyke or RWG Mobile.

If you want to get it fully verified then yes of course its needed.

My first choice was google voice and I purchased 10 google voice numbers.
i created accounts and sucessfully verified with google voice.
but while making transaction I am not getting verificaion code.
I tried 5 times with all GV numbers but no luck.

Vyke is providing only 4 numbers.
Actully I have a client who want to buy paypal accounts in bulk from me for online purchases.
He is unable to get verification code by GV while doing transaction.
So I need to give him virtual numbers.

any help will be deeply appreciated.

Thanks It was a great suggestion but I need to provide numbers to my client and while making transaction he needs those numbers to verify transactions. Any web based services which I can give to my client?
