Some of the big services tend to block the ranges of virtual numbers now the way you get round this is using Real numbers ( numbers from sim cards ) there are sites that offer this service.
Don't use any VOiP or virtual numbers for verifying/creating your Instagram accounts. Please. Use real SIM cards instead. Yes, that's gonna be more expensive, but you will be safe.
